At the end of the day,this is not a one time business but a happy and sastified purchaser/vendor will come back to me for more,voluntarily becoming my ambassdor and refer thier associates,friends and relatives to me. Am really just playing the role of a match maker here in sastifying the needs of both vendors and purchasers to the best of my ability. A professional stance together with providing honest and truthful opinion which may not be nice to the ears of the clients even at the expense of not closing the deal and delivering after sales service is topmost in my mind, for after all the client doesn't owe us any obligation!
